Meet Osvaldo – Founder and Lead Guide of Patagonia Horse Trips
Born and raised in Puerto Natales, just outside the stunning Torres del Paine National Park, I grew up immersed in the gaucho culture, developing a deep connection to horses and the land from a young age. My passion for horse expeditions began in 2002, and over the years, I’ve explored Patagonia’s most remote trails, gaining unmatched knowledge of the region’s terrain and culture.
I also spent time living in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe, where I learned English and connected with people from diverse backgrounds. Upon returning to Patagonia, I followed my true passion and founded Patagonia Horse Trips to offer authentic, multi-day expeditions that showcase the breathtaking landscapes and preserve the rich traditions of the Patagonian gauchos.
As the lead guide, I personally accompany each trip, ensuring that every rider experiences the true spirit of Patagonia through unforgettable adventures.
